….sometimes anyway.
As SEO(Search Engine Optimization) has become more and more popular over the years, the larger the selection of SEO offers has become. It is almost like a jungle out there and a lot of “guaranteed top position rankings”.
I have seen a lot of sites that promise to submit your site to 100.000 directories for as low as US$20, don’t fall for that you probably wont get submitted to any directories of value but rather get SPAM listed on guestbooks etc. and instead of real SEO value, you risk getting penalized or in worst cases banned instead.
If you want real SEO, then you have to pay for it, real white hat SEO takes a lot of time because you have to pay attention to the details, and therefor it can be quite expensive. The benefit of great SEO is also worth the cost, especially because it lasts for a long time and with white hat SEO you dont have the risk of getting your site penalized.
So when you are looking for SEO and you see a offer that seems to be too good to be true, then it probably isn’t.
